At Monster Shoes, your satisfaction is our priority. Since we hand-pick every pair of shoes directly from outlets and branded retailers in the United States, we take great care to ensure you receive only the best quality products.

Returns

We accept returns within 2-3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and in their original condition
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Worn or used shoes
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process and provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Delivery Costs

Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
